Alabama earned 60 first-place votes to stay on top of the AP Top 25 poll this week.
Two big movers were South Carolina, which fell from No. 3 to No. 9, and West Virginia, which went from No. 5 last week to No. 17 this week.
Boston College and UConn didn't receive any votes.
Boston College is coming off a 51-7 loss to Florida State on Saturday. The Eagles are 1-5 and have lost four in a row.
UConn lost to Temple, 17-14, on Saturday. Temple kicked a 29-yard field goal in overtime to secure the win and hand the Huskies (3-4, 0-2) their second consecutive loss.
