Paul Pierce and Ray Allen will represent the Boston Celtics in the Foot Locker Three-Point Contest, one of three events at the Staples Center on NBA All-Star Saturday night, which starts at 8 p.m. EST (TNT).

The two Celtics All-Stars will be joined by Kevin Durant (Oklahoma City Thunder), Daniel Gibson (Cleveland Cavaliers), James Jones (Miami Heat) and Dorell Wright (Golden State Warriors) in the three-point shootout.

In addition to the Three-Point Contest, point guards Chris Paul (New Orleans Hornets), Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors), Derrick Rose (Chicago Bulls), John Wall (Washington Wizards) and Russell Westbrook (Oklahoma City Thunder) will all take part in the Taco Bell Skills Challenge.

The Skills Challenge will be followed by the Three-Point Shootout, where Pierce will look to defend his title after scoring 20 points in the final round to claim the crown last season. Allen, who Pierce openly challenged to the competition, is no stranger to the event, having claimed victory in the Three-Point Shootout in the 2000-01 season after scoring 19 points in the final round.

Saturday evening's festivities will be capped off by the highly-anticipated Sprite Slam Dunk Contest, featuring high flyers like Blake Griffin (Los Angeles Clippers), DeMar DeRozan (Toronto Raptors), Serge Ibaka (Oklahoma City Thunder) and JaVale McGee (Washington Wizards).

Griffin is the favorite to take home the Slam Dunk Contest crown, and is certainly capable of throwing down several Earth-shattering jams (just watch SportsCenter for about 10 minutes and you'll see for yourself).
