<p>The first <a href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/2010/11/15/1815473/ncaa-basketball-rankings-ap-top-25-poll-duke-michigan-state">AP Top-25 poll</a> of the 2010-11 college basketball regular season has been released, and not much has changed since the <a href="http://boston.sbnation.com/boston-college-eagles/2010/10/28/1780121/college-basketball-rankings-ap-top-25-preseason-duke-acc">preseason</a>: <a href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/2010/11/15/1815473/ncaa-basketball-rankings-ap-top-25-poll-duke-michigan-state">Duke maintains its grip</a> on the No. 1 spot, followed by Michigan State, Kansas State, Ohio State and Pittsburgh. </p>
<p>In addition to the Blue Devils, the Atlantic Coast Conference also has North Carolina (No. 8) and Virginia Tech (No. 22, down a spot from last week) in the top-25. </p>
