New England Revolution head coach Jay Heaps got a few players back from injury - and Benny Feilhaber from suspension - to boost his options when selecting his lineup against the Montreal Impact on Saturday. Nevertheless, a couple of players do remain missing.
Heaps elected to trot out the same back line that anchored the Revs' last two matches, despite the fact that a healthy Chris Tierney could have allowed him to move Ryan Guy away from right-back. In midfield, Tierney slots in on the left while Benny Feilhaber returns to the middle of the pitch to partner Clyde Simms.
Fernando Cardenas returns to the starting lineup for the first time since September 29th, and the CSN TV crew seems to be predicting a 4-2-3-1 formation with Jerry Bengtson as the lone forward and Diego Fagundez and Tierney wide.
Despite an excellent showing last week against Chicago, Blair Gavin has been moved back to the bench. Juan Toja didn't make the 18 as he battles knee issues.
