The New England Patriots have a lot of business to take care of before the 2013 NFL Draft rolls around, but it's still fun to look at some mock drafts.
According to drafttek.com, New England will have the 30th pick overall and is expected to take Florida State Seminoles' cornerback Xavier Rhodes.
Rhodes is a physical specimen with tremendous leaping ability and ample size at 6'1'', 215 pounds. The youngster can play up on the line and would instantly upgrade New England's secondary, an area the team has needed to address for years.
It could be a position of strength all of a sudden for the Patriots should they draft Rhodes or another corner and re-sign Aqib Talib. With a new and good looking safety in Devin McCourty, New England would suddenly have some capable players, not to mention Alfonzo Dennard, who has flashed some potential in his rookie season.
The NFL Draft is on April 25.
