Patriots Vs. Bills score update: New England leads 7-0 after first quarter, Dont'a Hightower Injured

The New England Patriots got out to a fast start against the Buffalo Bills, as they lead 7-0 after one quarter at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

The Patriots took the lead on a Stevan Ridley six-yard touchdown run with 6:52 left in the quarter that capped a seven play, 90-yard drive that took just over three minutes to complete.

Tom Brady has completed 5-of-8 passes for 80 yards with his favorite target being Rob Gronkowski who has two catches for 48 yards.

The Pats defense has had some troubles with containing Ryan Fitzpatrick, as the Bills quarterback is 6-of-7 for 67 yards.

The lone injury for the Patriots in the quarter was when linebacker Dont'a Hightower came up limping while chasing down Fitzpatrick. He sat out one drive riding a stationary bike while Tracy White took his spot in the lineup. More on his condition will be revealed soon, but it does not appear serious.
