The Patriots lost to the 49ers at home but stayed relatively healthy in the process.

The New England Patriots played one of the wildest games in recent memory on Sunday night, losing 41-34 to the San Francisco 49ers in Gillette Stadium.

Despite falling behind 31-3, Tom Brady and the Patriots rallied to tie the game before ultimately falling short in their comeback bid.

Wes Welker would be the biggest name on the injury docket, as he sustained a knee issue. However, the injury didn't appear to be serious, considering he was back on the field within minutes. Welker will be monitored as the week goes along.

Corner Alfonzo Dennard also was injured, having to leave the game late in the first half with a right knee problem. Dennard didn't return and his status moving forward is uncertain at this point.

Overall it was a pretty painless night health-wise for New England, keeping it relatively healthy for the stretch run leading up to the AFC playoffs.
