Three New England Patriots did not participate in Tuesday's walkthough as the Pats prepare to face the New York Jets on Thursday, Nov. 22. New England opted to hold a walkthough instead of a full practice on Tuesday.

Tight end Rob Gronkowski is out four to six weeks with a broken forearm; also missing were defensive end Chandler Jones and guard Logan Mankins. Jones injured his ankle in New England's win over the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday and did not return. Jones has 34 tackles, six sacks, and three forced fumbles in his rookie season. Mankins missed the game entirely with calf and ankle injuries.

The Patriots hope tight end Aaron Hernandez can return to the field to soften the loss of Gronkowski. Hernandez hasn't played since the last time the Patriots played the Jets, Oct. 21. Hernandez is among the 13 Patriots listed as limited on Tuesday. Also limited were defensive lineman Ron Brace (elbow), safety Patrick Chung (shoulder/hamstring), guard Dan Connolly (back), safety Steve Gregory (hip), linebacker Dont'a Hightower (hamstring), wide receiver Brandon Lloyd (knee), offensive lineman Nick McDonald (shoulder), defensive end Trevor Scott (hamstring), linebacker Brandon Spikes (knee), tackle Sebastian Vollmer (back/knee), wide receiver Wes Welker (ankle), and linebacker Tracy White (foot).

Wide receiver Julian Edelman (hand), defensive tackle Kyle Love (knee), and linebacker Jerod Mayo (elbow) were all listed as full participants.
