The New England Patriots are favored by seven and a half points in their game versus the Denver Broncos on Sunday at Gillette Stadium. The line is the fifth biggest in the NFL this week, with the largest being the San Francisco 49ers laying 11.5 points to the Buffalo Bills.
New England is only 2-2, but is coming off of a very impressive win over their AFC East rivals, the Buffalo Bills. Tom Brady was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week with three touchdowns to his credit, helping his team score 31 points in the fourth quarter alone en route to a 52-28 victory.
Denver looked equally impressive against the Oakland Raiders at home, pounding on Carson Palmer and company. Peyton Manning turned back the clock with a vintage performance. The Broncos rolled to a 38-6 win, keeping themselves one game back of the San Diego Chargers in the AFC West.
Brady and Manning haven't squared off against each other since Nov. 2010, when the 3-time Super Bowl champ came out on top, 31-28.
