Patriots vs. Rams 2012: Game preview, kickoff time, TV schedule and more

The New England Patriots travel across the pond this Sunday for a Week 8 matchup against the St. Louis Rams. The Pats and Rams will hook up at Wembley Stadium in London, with St. Louis trying to snap their first losing streak under new head coach Jeff Fisher. The Pats, meanwhile, are coming off two disconcerting performances -- one a loss, the other an overtime win. The Belichick-Brady Patriots are probably the most high-profile duo that the NFL has sent abroad for what has now become an annual game in London.

The Rams have dropped two straight and are fighting to get back to .500. They played a solid, if unremarkable, game against the Packers last week but were overwhelmed by the brilliance of Aaron Rodgers. They have one of the worst passing attacks in the league through the first seven weeks of the season, but New England's secondary could provide the kickstart that Sam Bradford and the Rams offense need.

It's technically a home game for the Rams, but with the neutral site, the Pats are favored by 7½ points. Both teams will go on a bye right at the midpoint of the season, so you can expect both coaches to send their full arsenal before the week off.
