NFL injury report: Patriots linebacker Dont'a Hightower injuries hamstring

The New England Patriots pulled out a big win over the Bills in Week 4, headlined by the offense exploding for 52 points against a pretty weak Buffalo defense. While there were plenty of positives to take away from the game, there were some injury concerns for New England to address.

The most notable was rookie linebacker Dont'a Hightower leaving the game with a hamstring injury. It is unclear if he will miss any time moving forward. As both Aaron Hernandez and Julian Edelman missed the game with injuries, Wes Welker did a nice job stepping up like he has done for years. Once all of these targets become healthy for Tom Brady, the Patriots offense will become even better.

As for the Bills, they lost tight end Scott Chandler and wide receiver Donald Jones with possible concussions. Starting tackle Cordy Glenn also suffered a leg injury and did not return in the second half. In a bit of encouraging news for Buffalo, tailback C.J. Spiller returned and had a decent day on the ground.
