NFL Free Agency 2012: Dan Koppen Will Reportedly Visit The Titans

Former Patriots center Dan Koppen, a 2003 fifth round draft choice of New England, is scheduled to visit the Tennessee Titans this week, according to a report.

Koppen, who missed all but one game last season after suffering an ankle injury against Miami during Week 1, is an unrestricted free agent who may no longer fit into the Patriots' plans after the team re-signed center Dan Connelly.

The Titans have been actively searching for a center this offseason, showing interest in Scott Wells and Jeff Saturday as potential replacements for Eugene Amano, who has struggled in each of the last two seasons.

Koppen was a mainstay on the Patriots offensive line during his time with the team, starting as a rookie and helping New England to consecutive Super Bowls in his first two years as a pro.
