Super Bowl 2012: Tom Brady's Wife Gisele Bundchen Upset At Pats WRs

Traditionally when a team losses any game, whether it was the championship game or the season opener, fans can be pretty upset. Last night after the New England Patriots were taken down by the New York Giants in the Super Bowl, we saw several of those cases, one of which might be of particular interest to everyone.

Following her husband's loss at the hands of Eli Manning once again, Tom Brady's wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen, had some choice words for some of Brady's teammates after the loss. Based on her comments, she was targeting Patriots receivers Wes Welker, Deion Branch and Aaron Hernandez, who all had crucial drops in the final minutes.

"My husband can not f------ throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time. I can't believe they dropped the ball so many times," Bundchen said in a video captured by theinsider.com, a gossip website. (via ESPN)

So much for Gisele Bundchen not caring about the Patriots. Sounded like a fan's opinion to me.

It appears the receiver that was clearly targeted here was Welker, who had a crucial drop in the fourth quarter that would have set the Patriots inside the Giants' 30-yard line. With that catch, the Patriots could have at least put up a field goal and taken more time off the clock. When asked about whether or not he agreed with his wife's perception of Wes Welker in particular, Brady defended his teammate.

"Wes is a phenomenal player and a teammate," Brady said. "I love that guy." (via ESPN)
