Former Maine safety Jerron McMillian arrives Saturday at the 2012 NFL Combine in Indianapolis, where he will look to impress NFL scouts enough to play his way into the NFL Draft.
A borderline draft pick as of now, McMillian has a chance to play himself into the draft, or higher in the draft, if he tests well during the Combine. Known primarily as a run stopper, the Maine star could stand to gain ground if he can prove himself quick enough to improve his pass coverage.
Other defensive backs arriving at the NFL Combine on Saturday include LSU cornerback Morris Claiborne, who could be a top five pick.
