With all that's going on in the world of Boston sports, we thought we'd we've give you a bit of a gossip story. Don't worry, it relates, sort of.
According to the Boston Herald's Inside Track Report, Boston Red Sox third baseman Kevin Youkilis has gotten engaged to Julie Brady, a California school teacher. Why are we reporting this? Well, it just so happens that Julie Brady is the sister of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. Well what do you know?
Youkilis' expected marriage will be his second, as he was once married to former Ben Affleck girlfriend Enza Sambataro for just over two years (2008-2010). After the couple split, Sambataro stepped down as the CEO for Youkilis' charity, Youk's Kids. He and Brady reportedly met after the Patriots lost to the New York Jets in the first round of the 2010 playoffs and have been dating ever since.
As for the future Mrs. Youk, her and her five-year old daughter Jordan will move down to Florida while Youkilis and the Red Sox hold Spring Training in Fort Myers. The anticipated wedding date has not been set, so no word on whether or not Julie Brady's brother will be in the wedding.
