Chad Ochocinco hasn't done much in the production department this season. In 15 games this season, Ochocinco had 15 catches for 276 yards and one touchdown in New England. The playoffs haven't been much better, and Ocho was inactive for the AFC Championship Game due to the passing of his father last week.
You might expect Ochocinco, a noted animated character, to make a fuss about his lack of involvement in the offense. But like a true professional who was seen the other side countless times, Ochocinco is just pleased to be a part of success.
"It's been a learning experience; that's what this has been. This had been one of the most humbling experiences I've ever been in," Ochocinco told the AP. "This is one of the first times I've been about doing exactly what everyone told me to do. It wasn't about the numbers. It wasn't about money. It wasn't about me." (via WEEI)
That is certainly encouraging for fans, who have often criticized Ochocinco for his shortcomings. Still, he has not caused a single problem like many thought he would and could still contribute in a big way as the Pats face the Giants in Super Bowl XLVI on Feb. 5 in Indianapolis.
