Belichick A Win Away From Tying Joe Gibbs On Post-Season Victories List

New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick has three Super Bowl rings and is hoping to make it to his fifth in 11 season Sunday, as the Patriots host the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship game at Gillette Field in Foxborough, MA. Belichick will also be looking to move up on the career postseason victories list for NFL head coaches, which currently has him ranked fourth all-time behind former Redskins head coach Joe Gibbs (17 victories).

According to Jon Zimmer, who's the lead editor of NFL media publications, Belichick and Gibbs trail former Baltimore Colts and Miami Dolphins head coach Don Shula (19) and former Dallas Cowboys head coach Tom Landry (20), respectively.

A victory would also help Belichick move within one Super Bowl appearances of the most all-time, which is set at six by Shula.
