Tom Brady Injury Update: Brady Returns After Missing Practice

The New England Patriots will face the Baltimore Ravens this Sunday in the AFC Championship game, with the winner moving on to the Super Bowl. The leader and quarterback of the Patriots – Tom Brady – missed all of Wednesday's practice with an injury to his non-throwing shoulder, but was a full participant in Thursday's session and told reporters he's good to go for Friday's practice:

"I'll be out there today, you don't have to worry about that," said Brady before practice.

According to a source, Tom Brady suffered the injury – a sprained the acromioclavicular joint (AC joint) in his left shoulder – on December 24 against the Miami Dolphins. Brady's missed Wedneday practice should not be cause for concern for Patriots fan, as it was scheduled to make sure his left shoulder heals properly. He was also held out of practice during the Patriots first round bye.
