Danny Woodhead Congratulated By Nebraska Legislature

Danny Woodhead hasn't played his football in Nebraska since 2007, when he was busy breaking NCAA records for rushing yards and winning Harlon Hill Trophies for Chadron State College. But that's not stopping the Nebraska legislature from passing a legislative resolution to congratulate the diminutive running back.
