2012 Super Bowl Odds: New England Patriots Among Favorites At 8/1

Congrats to the Green Bay Packers, Super Bowl winners. But it's time to move on, right? The 2010-11 NFL season is now officially over, with the Packers beating the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV Sunday night, 31-25. Which means it's time to look ahead to next season (it's never too early, especially in sports), and check the 2012 Super Bowl odds.

Green Bay is the favorite in Super Bowl XLVI, with 7/1 odds to defend their title in 2012 (according to Bodog). The New England Patriots and new NFL MVP Tom Brady are just behind the Packers, with 8/1 odds. The Pittsburgh Steelers aren't too far behind, at 10/1.

Other favorites include the San Diego Chargers (12/1) and a trio of teams at 14/1: the Baltimore Ravens, Indianapolis Colts and New Orleans Saints. The Dallas Cowboys, New York Jets and Philadelphia Eagles are getting 16/1 odds.

The worst odds to win the 2010 Super Bowl? Not surprisingly, those belong to the Buffalo Bills and Carolina Panthers, both at 100/1.
