Super Bowl Saturday is upon us, with 18 high school football championship games being played throughout the state of Massachusetts. Of the 18 games, six will be played at Gillette Stadium - home of the New England Patriots - in Foxboro. Here's ESPN Boston's preview.
Concord Carlisle and Oliver Ames battle in the first game of the day at Gillette Stadium at 9:00 a.m. EDT (TV/Radio: CSNNE/98.5 The Sports Hub) followed by St. John's Shrewsbury vs. Leominster High School at 11:00 a.m. (CSNNE/98.5 FM). At 1:30 p.m., Longmeadow High School and Springfield Central High School (CSNNE/98.5 FM) before Tewksbury Memorial High School takes on Duxbury High School at 3:30 p.m. (98.5 FM).
The final two games of the day at Gillette Stadium feature Boston College High School and Needham High at 6:00 p.m. (98.5 FM) and Cardinal Spellman High School and Mashpee High School at 8:00 p.m. (98.5 FM).
