Week 9 NFL Lines And Odds: New England Patriots Vs. New York Giants

The New England Patriots (-450) are giving the New York Giants (+385) eight-and-a-half points in the spread for this Sunday's (Nov. 6) game in Foxborough with an over/under of 52.5.

The New York Giants (5-2) will taxi their way into Gillette Stadium this Sunday (Nov. 6, 2011) to try and hand the New England Patriots (5-2) their second straight loss beginning at 4:15 p.m. ET in Foxborough.

Despite the butt-kicking they received in Pittsburgh in week eight, the Pats are still a -450 favorite in the money line compared to Big Blue, who are +385 underdogs and getting eight-and-a-half points in the spread with an over/under of 52.5.

-The total has gone UNDER in 5 of New England's last 7 games when playing NY Giants
-New England is 4-1 SU in their last 5 games when playing NY Giants
-New England is 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games when playing NY Giants

New England has been playing well but had no answer for the Steelers defense last week, which held Tom Brady to under 200 yards. The Giants are unlikely to replicate that performance if they continue to give yards away like the did in the first half against Miami last Sunday.

This is the Patriots game to lose.
