Perhaps the biggest question remaining in today’s game is just how long Tom Brady will play for. The MVP candidate quarterback left the game for a few unproductive snaps, but returned for the 3rd down snap and took a hit to the legs.
He was back out there on the ensuing drive, and has been re-introduced to the ground since. He’s not hurt, nor do these hits seem like the type that he’ll be feeling later in the week, but it’s probably the last thing that Patriots fans want to see today.
To state the obvious, though, the Patriots are a much better team with Tom Brady on the field than Brian Hoyer. With the starter back in, the Patriots marched back downfield for Shayne Graham’s twelfth straight field goal make since joining the team.
