Jets Vs. Patriots: Deion Branch's Fourth-Down Drop (PHOTO)

The situation: Patriots have the ball on the Jets 34-yard line, trailing New York, 21-11, with a 5:19 left in the game. On the third down play just before, Jets' shutdown corner Darrelle Revis was forced out for a play -- so that's where the Patriots went.

The result: Tom Brady dropped back, looked to his left, and fired to Deion Branch. This is how the play looks in the NFL.com box score

This isn't to say that if Brach had caught the pass, the Patriots definitely would have scored on that drive. But a catch there certainly wouldn't have hurt.
