Monday Night Football, Patriots Vs. Jets: The Offense Returns, Sanchez Throws Another

And it’s 31-3.

The Patriots were given their longest field of the night after the red zone interception, but that wasn’t going to deter them. Big plays from Danny Woodhead, Rob Gronkowski, and especially Aaron Hernandez (from, of course, the extra-sharp Tom Brady) brought the Patriots all the way downfield before Wes Welker was tackled into the end zone for the fourth touchdown of the night.

If the rout weren’t already on enough, Mark Sanchez just tried to go deep, and found the waiting arms of Devin McCourty. Good feelings all around in New England tonight.
