Patriots Leave Rochester, Return Home With 'Difficult Landing'

Sunday was what the Patriots have taken to calling a "hat and t-shirt game" -- a game that results in clinching either a division, a conference or a Super Bowl. And comes with a championship hat and shirt, too.

After beating Buffalo, the Patriots players had "2010 AFC East Division Champions" shirts and hats waiting for them in the locker room. LB Gary Guyon tweeted out a picture of his hat, which includes "Back to Back" on the front, with the message, "Good feeling."

Because of the snow pounding the East coast, the Patriots were left to celebrate their division title in Rochester, NY, unable to make it to Boston on Sunday. They finally managed to make it out Monday afternoon, with some Dinosaur BBQ aboard, thanks to TE Alge Crumpler (photo of team leaving hotel in Rochester via www.bostonherald.com):

The return trip was not without further incident, however:

There's snow place like home! Kudos to the @delta pilots for sticking a difficult landing, to the applause of all aboard. #fbless than a minute ago via TweetDeck
