VIDEO: Dan Connolly's 71-Yard Kickoff Return

It's halftime in the Packers-Patriots Sunday night game, with a back-up quarterback leading Green Bay to a 17-14 lead after two quarters. Matt Flynn, making his first career NFL start, has outperformed three-time Super Bowl winner Tom Brady thus far, with 143 yards and a pair of touchdowns. But that's not the most surprising, amazing part of the game.

That belongs to offensive lineman Dan Connolly, and his 71-yard kickoff return

So, so close. Just four yards away from the league's best ever Fat Guy Touchdown.

As a small consolation, it was the longest kick return by an offensive lineman in the history of the NFL. And it helped set-up the Brady to Aaron Hernandez touchdown.
