Teams have until 4 P.M. ET Wednesday to submit a claim on Randy Moss, and while he does not have a say on who takes him, the Herald's Ian Rapoport is reporting that if the receiver doesn't like the club that claims him, he's "willing to sit out the season."
Rapoport, citing a source close to Moss, says that Moss "wants a ring."
Obviously this could just be posturing on Moss' part to try and scare away teas like the Rams and Bears from claiming him, but Albret Breer mentions a good point: some teams may be just fine with Moss not reporting: "There's a feeling that teams will put in claims to block him from going elsewhere."
