For the first time since the beginning of the 2008 season, the New England Patriots are atop the ESPN NFL Power Rankings. The Pats (6-1) are the NFL's first (and only) six-win team in 201 after downing the Minnesota Vikings (No. 23) on Sunday.
A favorable second-half schedule could set up the Patriots for a 12- or 13-win season. (John Clayton)
The Ravens come in at No. 2, up two spots from last week, with the Steelers, Jets and Colts rounding out the top-five. The Patriots have already beat Baltimore this season, lost their first matchup with New York and still have both Pittsburgh and indy remaining on the schedule.
The NFC's top team is the Atlanta Falcons, at No. 6.
