FanHouse became the latest to rank the New England Patriots as the No. 1 team in their Week 11 NFL Power Rankings. Following the lead of WEEI and SB Nation, FanHouse's Chris Burke has the Patriots atop the newest power rankings, up from No. 4 a week ago. Again, the move is based on this dominating win against the Steelers.
Tom Brady put on a clinic at Pittsburgh on Sunday night. But more encouraging than that for the Patriots was that their line won the battles in the trenches almost all night against a physical Steelers team. Brady had time, Ben Roethlisberger did not, and that was one of the differences in the game.
The Eagles, following their dismantling of the Redskins Monday night, are No. 2. The Falcons check in at No. 3, followed by the Jets and Packers.
