BenJarvus Green-Ellis’ head over heels tumble into the end zone sealed the win for the New England Patriots, giving them a 28-18 lead with less than a minute to go.
The Patriots had to make some big third down conversions to get there. After a very questionable false start call and a no-call when Wes Welker was tackled clearly before the ball arrived, Tom Brady found Welker for a 7-yard first down reception. On the very next series, it was a big run after the catch from Danny Woodhead converting the 3rd-and-12, breaking free from a tackle when he seemed down well short.
With the win, the Patriots have the best record in the NFL at 6-1.
