Vikings At Patriots: Brady, Tate Work Magic For 65-Yard Touchdown

Tom Brady just reached into his bag of tricks and pulled out the longest offensive play of the year for the Patriots, a 65-yard touchdown pass to Brandon Tate.

The Patriots defense managed another red zone stop to force a field goal to start the half. On the ensuing drive, Brady turned a 2nd-and-10 disaster into points. Under heavy pressure from the Vikings, Brady scrambled backwards as Brandon Tate broke free from coverage. With the pass rush once again bearing down, Brady stopped and fired to Tate, who ran around two defenders and into the end zone.

The Patriots have their first lead of the game at 14-10. It’s time for the defense to step up.
