Boston College and Minnesota have arrived in Tampa, set to square off in the opening round of the Frozen Four on Thursday night. It's the tenth time BC has reached the Frozen Four since 1998, and they're seeking their fifth National Championship in program history.
The Eagles entered the tournament as the top-ranked team in the country, and they've played like it so far, having yet to allow a goal and outscoring their first two opponents 6-0.
That shutout streak may soon come to a close, because no team has scored more goals thus far in the tournament than the Golden Gophers, who have put up 12 already through two contests.
On Thurdsay night, something has to give.
