Five ranked New England teams take the ice in a Friday night filled with college hockey, including a big road test for No. 12 Boston University as they take on a top-5 North Dakota team.
The Terriers' only loss on the year was also their only game against a ranked opponent, losing 4-1 in a Hockey East matchup to New Hampshire. North Dakota is 2-1-1 on the year, with all games coming against either Alaska or Alaska-Anchorage, and as a top team in the country, could have been expected to go 4-0 but struggled. BU will play a pair of games in Grand Forks, both of which will be televised on Fox College Sports.
Elsewhere, the top-ranked BC Eagles have recovered from their season-opening loss to Northeastern and head to Maine to face the Black Bears, No. 9 New Hampshire looks to stay unbeaten as they take on UMass, Harvard opens ECAC play against Brown, and No. 15 Northeastern faces an intra-state opponent in Merrimack.
