The Connecticut men's basketball team has won seven straight games, but the Huskies haven't been particularly pleased by the recent victories. They will look for more of a knockout punch on Tuesday night when they visit the Seton Hall Pirates in a Big East bout at 7 p.m. (SNY)
UConn jumped to a 23-point lead on Saturday against St. John's, but allowed the Red Storm to cut the deficit to 11 with 2:48 remaining in the game.
"As usual, we kind of let them back in as we were up," Andre Drummond said after the game. "We're working on it and we're going to get it and we're going to get that killer instinct that we're looking for."
Seton Hall has won nine out of ten games and is coming off a 19-point win against West Virginia on Friday. The Pirates are led by Herb Pope, who leads the team with 18.6 points and 10.9 rebounds per game.
