The Boston Celtics (12-12) will begin a two-game home stand by hosting the Cleveland Cavaliers (5-21) on Wednesday night.
Boston will be entering the contest off a less-than-staller three-game road trip, which saw the Celtics drop all three contests. In addition, the team allowed their opponents to score at least 100 points in all three games and failed to produce more than 89 points in any of the games during that span.
Currently sitting in third place in the Atlantic Division, Boston trails the New York Knicks by six games for the division lead.
Cleveland is entering the game in the midst of a four-game losing streak, in addition to losing nine of their last 10. Dwelling in the cellar of the Central Division, the team is 10 games back of the Chicago Bulls for first-place.
Wednesday night's game is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m., ET and will be televised locally on Comcast SportsNet New England.
