↵Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Boston Celtics - 7:30 p.m. (TV/Radio: CSNNE/WEEI): The Celtics are in desperate need of a win after going 0-3 on their most recent road trip, capping it on Tuesday night with a defeat to the Chicago Bulls.
↵Boston (12-12) now comes home for a pair of contests before going back out on the road for another four-game jaunt, starting with the Cavaliers. Cleveland has shown little punch this season at 5-21, but does have Kyrie Irving, who is averaging 23.7 points and 5.7 assists per game.
↵Brooklyn Nets at New York Knicks - 7 p.m. (TV/Radio: ESPN) The Knicks will host their intercity counterparts for the first time this year after splitting two games in the Barclays Center.
↵Brooklyn has been ice cold without Brook Lopez, faltering to a 13-11 record after looking like a top-four team in the East. New York, meanwhile, has rolled right along at 18-6, leading the conference on the back of MVP candidate Carmelo Anthony.
↵However, Anthony has missed the last two games with a sprained ankle and will be a game-time decision against the Nets.
