VIDEO: Kevin Youkilis' Final At Bat With The Boston Red Sox Sunday

Kevin Youkilis knew this day was coming, but even with ample time to prepare, his final at-bat as a member of the Boston Red Sox was still a highly emotional moment. Not just for him, but the loyal Red Sox fans, too, who had watched the beloved Youk come up through the team's farm system and develop into on of the best hitters in baseball, at least or a time.

Youkilis, in typical Youk fashion, ground it out for the Sox in his final game with the team, a 9-4 win over the Atlanta Braves on Sunday afternoon at Fenway Park. Youkilis went 2-for-4 with an RBI in the game before being lifted for a pinch hitter in the seventh inning and receiving a well-deserved standing ovation from the Fenway faithful. Here are highlights from Youkilis' last hurrah in Boston, with his touching standing ovation at the end.

Youkilis batted .233 with four home runs and 14 RBI in 165 at bats this season for Boston.
