On Tuesday, the Red Sox announced their final steps in their 10-year project to improve and restore Fenway Park. The changes for 2011 include three new HD video boards, upgrades to the Gate D concourse, new seats in the Dugout, Field Box and Loge Box seats and the possibility of widening the bullpen.
