Boston College Vs. UCF: Eagles Trail Knights, 9-3, At Halftime

Field goals ruled the first half as UCF's Nick Cattoi hit three field goals and BC's Nate Freese made one field goal, and the Central Florida Knights took a 9-3 lead over the Boston College Eagles into halftime at Bright House Networks Stadium in Orlando, Florida. 

Freese put the Eagles on the scoreboard with his 47-yard strike with 7:52 left in the first quarter to put BC up 3-0. However, Cattoi hit three straight field goals - from 36-, 35- and 32-yards, respectively - to put UCF up by six.

Chase Rettig completed 3-of-8 passes for 27 yards in the first half for the Eagles. Andre Williams rushed for 43 yards on eight carries, Bobby Swigert had two catches for 20 yards and Ryan Quigley had three punts totaling 108 yards.

Jeffrey Godfrey threw for 83 yards and ran for 46 yards on nine carries for Central Florida.
