ACC Tournament 2011: TV Schedule And Times For Day One In Greensboro

The 2011 ACC Tournament beings Thursday afternoon, with Miami and Virginia tipping off the first round at 12 p.m. EST from the Greensboro Coliseum. The second game features Boston College, the No. 5 seed, taking on No. 12 Wake Forest, a rematch of Sunday's regular season finale. Both will be featured on the ACC Network (Ch. 38 in Boston).

Should the Eagles win, they'd advance to the quarterfinals, where they would meet No. 4 Clemson Thursday at 2 p.m. Additionally, they'd go a long way in securing their spot in the NCAA Tournament. As it stands now, BC -- winners of three straight -- is dancing as one the Last Four In according to SB Nation's Bracketology, which has the Eagles as a No. 12 seed. But first is Thursday's game with the Demon Deacons, a game that BC Interruption sees as a win:

Today, I see the Eagles winning of course. They are double-digit favorites while the lines on the other games are 5 points or less. I also think Virginia Tech might continue their skid and lose to Georgia Tech. Georgia Tech is not a very good team but they have overachieved in the ACC Tournament in recent memory. In the two games I think Miami will win and NC St/Maryland is a tossup. If there's a gun to my head and I have to choose I'll go with NC State.

Tomorrow, I like UNC in the first game easy, then BC over Clemson. It will come down to BC's perimeter shooting so if we shoot well today I'll feel good about tomorrow. At night Duke will win easily as will Florida State.

They see the Eagles' run eventually coming to an end against North Carolina, the No. 1 seed.
