Boston College Vs. Florida State Score: Seminoles Dominating The Eagles 28-0 At Halftime

Florida State galloped into Alumni Stadium tonight (Nov. 3, 2011) in Chestnut Hill, Mass., to take on Boston College.

Folks, this one is starting to get ugly.

The Seminoles have opened up a commanding 28-0 lead over the Eagles at halftime, who have yet to show up after 30 minutes of play.

Florida State scored just seven points in the opening quarter when E.J. Manuel found Bert Reed for an eight yard touchdown.

Things started to fall apart for BC in the second quarter when they surrendered 21 points. Devonta Freeman scurried into the end zone on the opening drive to make it 14-zip and then again with time running out in the first half.

Freeman’s rushing TD’s were sandwiched around Manuel’s own one yard run-in after he snuck one in following a 58-yard pass to Nick O’Leary.

Boston College needs a miracle to turn this thing around. Not only do they have to get some points on the board, they have to figure out a way to shut down the Seminoles’ offense.

The first half proved they could do neither.
