After a half of football the Eagles only trail the Fighting Irish by six, 13-7 in South Bend. Boston College entered today's contest as huge underdogs - by 24.5 points - but are on pace to cover easily after one half of play.
BC quarterback Chase Rettig has completed nine of 13 passes for 100 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions. Running back Tahj Kimble has 23 yards on six carries.
Notre Dame has out-gained the Eagles 231 to 130 during the first half, but both teams have had the ball the same amount of time. The game's two touchdowns were scored by Jonas Gray and Josh Bordner, on a 26-yard run and a two-yard run, respectively.
