NCAA Basketball Rankings: Ohio State Tops ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll, Duke Falls To No. 5

Ohio State (18-0) topped this week's ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll, receiving 28 first-place votes and 772 total points. Kansas (17-0) was ranked second and received one first-place votes while Syracuse (18-0) ranked third and also received one first-place votes.

Duke (16-1), which was upset by unranked Florida State on Wednesday, fell to No. 5 in this week's poll after topping both the AP Top 25 and Coaches polls for the first nine weeks. Pittsburgh (17-1) was ranked fourth.

Boston College (13-5) was once again unranked in the coaches poll, as well as this week's AP Top 25 Poll.

San Diego State (19-0), which boasts the best record in the coaches poll, was ranked sixth. Villanova (16-1), Connecticut (14-2), Brigham Young (17-1) and Texas A&M (16-1) round out the top ten.

Purdue (15-3), which was ranked eighth last week, came in at No. 13 this week. Notre Dame (14-4) fell from No. 11 last week to No. 16 this week.

St. Mary's of California (16-2) joined the coaches poll for the first time this year, coming in at No. 21. Arizona (15-3) was ranked 25th after being unranked last week.
