Boston College junior guard Reggie Jackson was injured on the final play of the Eagles' 72-71 loss to the Miami Hurricanes. Jackson made a deep three as time expired, but rolled his ankle and fell to the floor.
The injury will not sideline Jackson, according to a BC spokesperson and a report from Jerry Spar of WEEI.com.
UPDATE: Via a BC spokesman, Jackson said shortly after the game that he rolled the ankle but he "doesn't expect to miss a day."
Jackson scored a game-high 22 points and had five rebounds and four assists in the Eagles' loss.
