The Boston Celtics and the Miami Heat are still battling it out in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals to see who will advance to the championship. Things are more settled in the Western Conference. The Oklahoma City Thunder finished off the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday night, giving them a 4-2 series win.
Oklahoma City won by a final score of 107-99 in the sixth game of the series. Kevin Durant scored 34 points in the game; it was the game in the series in which he topped 30 points. He also had 14 rebounds. Russell Westbrook had 25 points as the other half of the Thunder's seemingly unstoppable duo.
Whichever team from the East gets to face the Thunder, their chief task will be containing that duo.
