Orlando & Las Vegas Summer League 2012: Boston Celtics Release Schedules

The Boston Celtics released their schedules for the 2012 NBA Summer League in both Orlando, FL and Las Vegas, NV. The summer league is intended for the development or rookies and other young players, and thus, the veteran presence is at a minimum (so don't be expecting to see any of the Big Four). Boston will play 10 total games.

The schedule opens up with five games in the Orlando league. Boston will face the Oklahoma City Thunder (July 9, 1:00 p.m. ET), the Brooklyn Nets (July 10, 5 p.m.), the Indiana Pacers (July 11, 11 a.m.), the Detroit Pistons (July 12, 11 a.m.) and the host Orlando Magic (July 13, 10 a.m.). Orlando league games will not be open to the public.

Boston's remaining five games will be played in the Las Vegas league. It will face the Atlanta Hawks (July 16, 10 a.m ET, Cox Pavilion), the Chicago Bulls (July 17, 4 p.m., Cox Pavilion), the Sacramento Kings (July 19, 12:30 p.m., Thomas & Mack Center), the Milwaukee Bucks (July 21, 4:30 p.m., Thomas & Mack Center) and the Los Angeles Clippers (July 22, 12 p.m., Cox Pavilion). Those games can be viewed on NBA TV.
