Miami Heat big man Chris Bosh participated in the team's walkthrough Friday morning in preparation for Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals, but the team still won't set a timetable for his return from a lower-abdominal injury.
ESPN reporter Brian Windhorst suggested that Bosh "could try to play now" and "certainly by Game 5," but the Heat are expected to be patient with Bosh as they sit in the driver's seat with a 2-0 series lead against the Boston Celtics.
Coach Erik Spoelstra said Thursday that while Bosh did travel with the team to Boston, he won't play in either Games 3 or 4 and it's "too early to tell" when he will return.
But the center is making progress and has gone through several on-court workouts in the past week.
