LeBron James is off to fast start in the first quarter of Game 1 of the 2012 NBA Eastern Conference Finals. He is currently outscoring the Boston Celtics on his own, with 13 points. The Miami Heat lead 21-11 after the first quarter. James slammed through an alley-oop as a symbol of the Heat's domination so far.
The Celtics are just 5-for-20 from the floor so far. Outside of Kevin Garnett, the starting five is a combined 1-for-15 from the field. Boston seriously needs an offensive infusion, not to mention a way to slow down James.
