2012 NBA Playoffs, Celtics Vs. Sixers Game 7: Keyon Dooling (Illness) Returns To Boston Celtics For Shootaround

After missing Friday's practice due to illness, Keyon Dooling returned to the Boston Celtics for shootaround Saturday morning as the team prepared for Game 7 against the Philadelphia 76ers later Saturday night.

Dooling isn't a star, but he plays a valuable role for the Celtics as Rajon Rondo's primary backup. The 32-year old guard has averaged 2.3 points in 9.3 minutes per game so far during the postseason.

If Dooling is unable to go, it's uncertain how the Celtics will spread his minutes. Since it's a deciding Game 7, Rondo is expected to earn the lion's share of playing time. But for when he does come off the court, the only backup point guard on Boston's roster besides Dooling is rookie E'Twaun Moore, who hasn't played any significant minutes yet in the postseason.
